Depending on the relative risks and rewards, SailRock completes projects either as horizontal developments (taking the property from a raw to a ready-to-develop state by packaging, entitlement, planning, financing, design and zoning) or as vertical developments (design, manage the construction, marketing and sale). SailRock manages investments for a select group of individuals and entities, but does not offer services to the public.
